I liked everything.
Loved everything.

Our shower had poor water pressure, frustrating to enjoy a good wash. The layout of the breakfast area was quite cramped. Lastly, the service at the pool bar was lacking. It was often difficult to get the staff's attention while they were busy chatting.

The pool was great and I had local drinks in the poolside bar. The rooms were breathtaking with champagne, beautiful views, 2 single beds pushed together and the breakfast was excellent. I appreciated having breakfast in the restaurant. The location was great, not too far from Thalassa Museum.

The extensive breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, including made-to-order omelettes and pancakes.
The small size of the bathroom was disappointing, especially with the low water pressure in the shower.

Loved the hotel location as it was a walking distance to the square. The beach was amazing and the rooms were really clean

The hotel was excellent. Service and facilities were great. We had a great stay right next to the beach. The ccustomers were not the young noise type so it was better for a young family.

The beach access was awesome, and the staff were beyond friendly. Only bummer was the indoor pool being too cold for a swim. The cocktails were great, though!

Location was good. This is basically the only thing I liked about the hotel.
The hotel is not 5*. the room was a 3* hotel level - very small, old tv, dark and small bathroom. Gym equipment is very old. The pool is very small. Room cleaning was bad. Breakfast - basic. While authorising my card hotel froze a significant amount on y card and did not unfreeze it until I sent several requests. Did not understand hotel's high rating.

Best hotel management you expect to see in Europe; the staff is really customer-oriented and caring of the guests, willing to help.
Not enough garden space and other capacities for families with little kids / babies. I.E. it would be helpful to have separate "king size" sunbeds with curtains for a mam with a little baby to hide from the hot sun while staying at the open air, and heated water in the indoor pool (same purpose).

The expansive room, and that breakfast buffet? Absolutely the best I've ever had with endless options! We loved the outdoor pool and the spa treatments, although it was a bit of a hassle finding a table at breakfast sometimes. Pro tip, make a reservation if you can! 😊

We stayed in beginning of April. It was bit cold to swim but we could enjoy a nice sea view from inside and outside of our room. A staff of reception desk was very professional.
Foods and Drinks were not so tasty, e.g. slipslop sparkling wine, lukewarm coffee. Most of the services were charged. They don’t proactively provide information of sightseeing, entertainment and activities that we could do.

1st class place for a visit to Ayia Napa, it has unbeatable location very close to beach so easy to have a dip in the sea and very good services. Recommend this venue to all, no complains at all...
